Health Promoting Homes
Health Promoting Homes is a free 18 week personal development programme. We run HPH programmes for parents and teenagers at separate times. Sessions include Personal Development, Cook It and Physical Activities.
This is a Public Health Agency initiative which is delivered by the Dry Arch Children's Centre usually every 3-4 months.
We are always looking for Parents and Teenagers who live in Limavady, Dungiven and the surrounding area to take part in our latest HPH programme.
The dates and times will be confirmed with the programme coordinator when you book in, but it will mainly take place in the evening and for teenagers, after school.
There will be a total of 18 sessions over a period of 9 weeks which will include learning to Cook (Cook it), physical activity self defence classes and personal development all delivered at the Dry Arch Centre in Dungiven.
You can send us an email with your name and number on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02877742904 to put your name down.
For completing this project participants will receive an incentive of up to £30.
