Health Promoting Homes

Health Promoting Homes is a Public Health Agency initiative which is delivered by the Dry Arch Children’s Centre three times per year. The programme comprises of 18 sessions in total and is aimed at parents who have children up to the age of 15 years.

Occasionally we offer a HPH project which suitable for teenagers between the age of 13-19 years (this would be run after school).

This programme is FREE to take part in and we will even provide a free gift up to the value of £30 as long as you complete the full programme which includes:

  • 6 weeks - Cook It
  • 6 Weeks - Free Gym Activities/Classes (for all levels)
  • 6 Weeks of time out/leisure activities

There will be crèche spaces available so you can leave your children with our qualified staff in the Dry Arch Children's Centre while you take part.
